Will lagg ever be fixed?

I stopped playing in Cyrodiil completely, I used to love it I even became emperor and have lots of hours played great fun even with the 1000000000 nightblades that are out there ... until the lighting patch came along. Now it's unplayable... Well not really but Im sure nobody enjoys playing at 10fps. So what I did was move on to IC. It's rather empty but I can still find the casual small scale fights that are actually enjoyable. Until this week. Now a lot of players are doing the same thing and playing in IC which is great. Today 2 groups of 15-20 players were fighting each other at the temple district and performance went to ***. So now my favorite place to hang around (Temple district) is just as laggy as Cyrodiil. What in the world is going on? This game promotes large scale pvp and it can't even handle a 20 men fight. When I watched the trailers before release I saw large epic fights, huge castles and siege all over the place... Will this problem ever get a solution? What are you waiting for? Lots of my closest in game friends already left the game and the rest is waiting for a certain game to release.
This game had so much potential but im sure it's gonna be dead within a year.
Also it seems like the always fun looooong loading screens are back.
