Tried to purchase the game but got an error five times also charged five times on my bank account
Hi, i tried to buy this game but kept on getting the billing address error. so i tried to fix it five different times. Thats when i had the smart idea of checking my bank account to make sure it wasn't purchasing the game. Well it was, i now have 5 ESO game purchases pending on my bank account. I sent a ticket two days ago and still have not received a reply. Please can someone help me?

Ravalox✭✭✭✭You can call your bank to verify, but the pending charges will show for up to 7 days then disappear when a transaction is not successfully completed.
You should contact customer support on this as well to see if they can assist in completing the purchase. (you can also maybe go to a brick and mortar store (such as Game Stop) and buy it in person if there is no clear way around this.Ravalox Darkshire
