Problem with menus since PC EU server came back up

Hello ESO Support,

I seem to be having a problem with scrolling through menus since the PC EU server was taken down and then came back up today (5th Jan 2016). When I scroll up in a menu it sometimes automatically scrolls me back down one space. Not every time, but often enough to make navigating the menus difficult and very frustrating now. Could you please look into this?

I'm using an Xbox-360 PC controller and built in in-game controller support and I'm running the game in Windows 7.

Is this actually a technical support forum, or is it just more unsupported forum space?

Well I guess the simplest answer then is to just stop playing. At least this makes my mind up for me.

The forums are very much about player to player support - as with the vast majority of games that have forums, the forums are not a substitute for the existing support ticket system.

Posts here might receive a reply from an official ESO representative, but they won't log a support incident on your behalf. Instead they'll ask you what your ticket number is and attempt to chase up that ticket's progress for you.

If you copy and paste your original post into a support ticket and submit it you'll at least have a means to communicate directly with support staff and escalate the problem you are reporting. Unfortunately (as with most games that offer forums) you are not likely to see your issue resolved due to a post made here.
