If I buy the dlcs in my profile, my brother can play the dlcs in his profile?

my brother and I play TESO in the same ps4 console, but we play in different profiles, me on mine and he in his profile, my problem is if i buy the two dlcs in my profile, can he play the dlcs too in his profile? since that needs to buy crowns and buy the dlcs in-game. I want to know this because is kind of strange to buy the dlcs and just one profile can play it, but both of us would like to play it

Anything you buy on the c-store, including the dlc is tied to the account/profile that bought it, so you would have to both buy the dlc to use it on each profile.

That suxs

On Xbox if it is set as your home xbox one and you buy anything it is open to all profiles on that xbox one.

My son has access to all Destiny DLC's and Titan Fall's DLC's Have not tested ESO yet.
