Poison Injection and Lethal Arrow

Poison Injection:
Shoot an arrow coated in Baandari poison, dealing X Poison Damage and an additional Y Poison Damage over 10 seconds...

Lethal Arrow:
Plant a masterfully aimed arrow into an enemy's vital spot, dealing X Poison Damage and applying the poison status effect...

It looks like both of these skills first do instant poison damage. After that, poison injection applies a poison DOT and Lethal arrow applies a poison status effect, where (according to this post) the poison status effect is defined as:

Poisoned - Poison damage over time for 12 sec (tics 7 times every 2 sec, damage per tic approximately half of burning tic). Chance to proc from poison damage (poison enchants and certain weapon attacks such as Venom arrow or Lethal Arrow (Bow). Note: Poison is often applied in conjunction with healing reduction effect, but is a separate effect.

My question is: Do these DOTs stack, or is it a waste to take both of these morphs because one will cancel out the other?

Depends on your luck. Poison Injection (or a poisoned weapon enchantment or any other poison damage) has a chance to proc the poisoned status effect, so casting lethal arrow will only deal it's instant damage then.
But if your other poison damage skills don't proc poisoned, then you'll benefit from the poisoned effect applied by lethal arrow.
The dot of poison injection will not be canceled by any other skill you cast.

Since the subject is up, do those poison based bow abilities benefit from physical crit?

I think they do. Physical, poison, and disease damage must benefit from physical crits. I'm wearing a gear set right now that states it affects my physical damage. However, upon equipping said gear set, I have seen increases in my poison and disease damage abilities as well, so why wouldn't poison/disease abilities scale with physical damage? It only makes sense that it does according to the Mage/Ritual > Mighty section of your champion points.
