Hi

I was questing in Grahtwood with my lvl 20 sorcerer and was about to enter a quest area, but the loading screen went on for ages so i had to close the program, and then when i tried to log back in I got first the Error code 200, then after waiting a few minutes, restarting the launcher and the game, I got login timeout followed by Error code 108. Tried to wait 10 minutes this time and restarted the game and the launcher and when i tried to login again, i got login timeout followed by Error code 200 again.

I have recently started playing again, and everything worked fine until today, been playing a little over a week.

can someone please help me with this issue?

I apologize for the wrong order in the topic title, the login timeouts came first as stated in the post above

Now i was able to log back in after about 1,5 hours of waiting since the loading failed in the quest dungeon in falinesti winter site.

when i logged back on with my character he was still standing outside the entrance, so i tried to go in again, this time it worked, but during the dungeon i had some lag spikes ~900ms, maybe the problem was in this dungeon? after i got out i don't have any lagspikes anymore.

So i had a similar problem today, when doing the main story quest in coldharbour, where I am to free Abnor Tharn from the Castle of Worms in Coldharbour.

When I got to the part where i gained entrance to the tunnels underneath the castle, i was supposed to follow Cadwell, our trustworthy shriven, as he made his way towards the locked backdoor.

When i got in, i noticed i was missing Lyris, and when i attacked the first clannfears to protect Cadwell, my spells was a bit laggy, and then suddenly the game froze in time, i moved around and my winged twilight still hung around the entrance and every spell i casted only showed the start of the graphic effect, never connected, after about 2-3 minutes, i got booted out to the login screen.

When i tried to reconnect immediatly, in hopes of saving my dear friend Cadwell from being clannfear meat, i got Error code 200 again, and the info screen below the login window, said it couldn't retrieve any information.

After a few minutes i managed to log back in, but i fear that the problem will continue to emerge as i progress through the game, and it mainly manifests in certain dungeons, and I don't know if these dungeons are on seperate sections on the servers, but maybe someone from ZOS can look into this ?

I'll continue to post new areas with the same problem if they occur

    Hi @simen.toftb16_ESO !

Error 200 and 108 occur when a player is unable to reach one of the game's megaservers. If you receive this error, you should try again in a few minutes. If you continue to receive this message after waiting, you can attempt the following steps:

•Make sure that any anti-virus/firewall protection has exception rules for The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. If you are using Norton Antivirus, you can find the steps for setting up exceptions in Norton 360 behind the spoiler tag below
If you're experiencing this error and you have Norton Anti Virus installed follow the following steps to allow the game through your firewall so it doesn't cause connection issues.

Note these steps are for Norton 360, there is another set of steps for older versions of the program.

    Open up the N360 interface.

    Select the "Settings" tab.

Select "Antivirus" from the Detailed Settings field.

Under the "Scans and Risks" tab, scroll down to the bottom

Locate the "Exclusions / Low Risks" section

Next to "Items to Exclude from Auto-Protect, SONAR...etc" click on "Configure [+]"

A window should pop up labeled "Real Time Exclusions"

Click "Add" and browse for your games folder. Don't select a specific file, just select the entire game folder. (Zenimax Online Studios, or Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited)

Be sure to check the box for "Include subfolders"

    Click "OK"

    Click "Apply"

Once this is done re-open the game and try to connect again.

•Make sure the following ports are open on the networking device:
    ◦TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
    ◦TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
    ◦TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507

•Check our Service Alerts page for details about the status of the game.

If you need help with performing these actions, have further questions, or have completed these steps and are still experiencing the issue, you should feel free to contact our dedicated customer support team for assistance.
