As the title says. I can move like 2 feet before it freezes and dashboards me. Talking to an npc does the same thing. So far after an hour of constant relogging and crashing I have moved about 2 metres. Can't open map to jump to a ways grime as that also freezes it. I've only experienced this in the city itself so far.
