Any chance you will let us opt-out of the crown store pop-up spam? When you first added it you said it would only show when new items were added. Instead it pops up every week (or more) and shows featured items which are not even new.2 -

For example, if ZOS really cared about providing in-game information to players then they would make patch notes and important/upcoming news available in-game as well (ESO Live dates, DLC previews/release information, interviews, forums information, etc.). I wouldn't call it spam when it's only like once or twice per week. Most players (including myself) just click off it and that's that. No big deal

And yet games like Warframe use a tab system to elegantly hide this information using a similar style launcher. Whenever an update is released all new content is detailed (patch notes), pay-for-items are showcased, events are described (what events in ESO?), etc. All of these things are hidden behind the title screen so that when/if you want the information it is readily available. I'm just saying that ESO could do something similar to be forthcoming about important information instead of just implementing pop-up ads.0 -

Would be nice if bug fixes were as high a priority as your crown store is. Load screens are ramped at the moment. I bet if we the player base decided as a whole to stop using your crown store we would get your attention. I understand Crown Store and bug fixes are to different departments and the two don't relate to priorities but seriously when you convey things going on in your Crown Store and fail to convey to us about issues your working on to resolve bugs it shows the community you don't care enough about the game, but rather only about making money. All I want is a little more communication on the important issues "Bug Fixes" "Long Load Screens" etc. Update update update. Keep us informed.
