When is the lag being addressed?

The amount of people I know and have played with since launch on Xbox One EU servers leaving the game because it is simply unplayable at none peak times let alone peak times is depressing and it's getting bigger and bigger each week. You're killing your own game ZOS :/

Technically it's being addressed now. They are well aware of the performance issues and are, of course, working on it(tm). They haven't swept it under the carpet or pretended it doesn't exist.

Lag has been around for so long on PC. It won't be fixed. Ever. They simply don't know how.

Honestly I've grown accustomed to it. Zerg vs zerg battles are in bullet-time, slown down so the Eight Divines and the Daedric Princes can properly admire the carnage from their realms. Besides I dont even want to see what the Bat Swarm, Proxy Det, Steel Tornado spamming zergs look like in real time. The horror would only be magnified that much more.

Hi guys just to let you know this worked for me, I upgraded my windows and downloaded the latest version of PowerPoint and now it's running a lot better.

SINCE I MAY AS WELL BE WATCHING A POWERPOINT DUE TO THE FPS DROP.

I'm so close to leaving this game only thing keeping me here is the fact I've put so many hours into it.

Lag is unplayable and it only seems to be getting worse. Zergs don't help especially the blues on Xbox EU azuras. Seem to think you need the entire servers pop to capture a resource for some unknown reason.

Sick of pressing once to get in a door and going in and out 3 times. Sick of getting the glitch where your character is stuck doing a medium weave and you can't use any abilities. Sick of siege not firing. The list is endless. When I got this game and PC players joked about the lag I couldn't understand it, well now I do.

I know absolutely nothing about the ins and outs of it but surely it's just better servers that are required? Or is it not that simple? The amount of people paying for crowns each week for xp scrolls and that dress that you think will look funny on your fat male Orc character. How do they not have the money to put back into this game?

I don't think its the server hardware. Hardware is relatively cheap and easy to fix. My guess is fundamental code performance issues, a much more time consuming task to identify and resolve.

resolve includes active coding in the games core, no one does that anymore everybody just licenses random engine 15 not able to handle more than 40-60 players at best as they are ment to be used in instanced games like shooters for more blingblingshiney effects...
