Locked into 3rd person view?

I'm having an issue where upon exiting a loading screen my camera will sometimes switch off of 1st person and be locked into 3rd person no matter how many times I try to toggle it. it seems to be completely random and is probably happening after around 10-20% of my loading screens. The only solution I've found is to hit another loading screen.

Did this come from a recent patch or something? Last time I played this game was probably somewhere around September or October and I never had this issue, now it's happening at least once each play session. It's not a gamebreaker but it's reeeeeaaaally getting annoying. Any advice?

I know of others having the same issue. If you log out and back on, the problem clears. My friend thinks it happens when he uses a wayshrine.

I've had it happen at a wayshrine, but so far it's primarily been happening at dungeons although I think that's just because I've started new characters and was going through the smaller early areas where I'm not really using wayshrines that much. It's basically just a roll of the dice anytime I hit a full-fledged loading screen.

On my main character I can.summon my horse and ride it and dismount and switch back to normal view on my other I cant do that at makes no sense. Maybe be fixed when the patch comes

I have this issue as well. It is mostly caused by wayshrines and can only be solved by using the blacksmith/clothing tools and then scrolling back into 1st person or logging out and back in. I've noticed it since the patch that initiated the champion system and wiped out my skills choices.
