✭YES IT CAN although I can honestly say I do NOT know if said crit damage can be increased through spell damage CP passive...would be great if it could. I've built a blazing shield tank. So I spam the *** out of blazing shield1 -

Ps - by built a burning shield tank, do you mean high health? If so, that alone seems to increase the damage. Which poses the question, are both spell power and health factors in the damage of burning shield. ?Edited by Joshuagm1991 on January 4, 2016 11:07PM0
