Cast Adrift quest bug [Not letting me patch the leaks]

Hello,
In the Cast Adrift quest i need to do the following:
For some reason i finished point 1,2,3 and 5 but when i go and try to patch the leaks, they are already patched?
Anyone else experiencing this?
In the Cast Adrift quest i need to do the following:
- Locate Lieutenant Gelin
- Talk to Sergeant Firion
- Talk to Quartermaster Oblan
- Patch Forward Leak
- Locate Helmsman's Wheel
- Patch Aft Leak
- Recover the Sun-Sighter
- Talk to Sergeant Firion
- Talk to Quartermaster Oblan at the Prowler
- Talk to the Prowler's Captain
- Talk to Mastengwe
- Stop the Maormer Ritual
For some reason i finished point 1,2,3 and 5 but when i go and try to patch the leaks, they are already patched?

Syrani✭✭✭✭I remember having this exact same problem way back at early release for PC. What I did was abandon the quest and then took it again. This time around, I had one of the NPC's repair the leaks instead of opting to do it myself. This fixed the issue and I was able to move forward with the quest.1
