I use a VISA debit card in Canada. It works on quite a few sites but not all. Steam is one it notably doesn't work on and unfortunately the Crown store it also doesn't work on. If it is possible please work with your processor and make it so I can purchase Crowns so I can then purchase the DLC. If that is not possible then it is not possible for me to give you money.

Use game stop to buy crowns or steam wallet, steam wallet you can buy the codes or cards on and offline me thinks, and as far as I know thats the only steam currency if you have steam version of game that is allowed for buying crowns, on steam, you get an option that says pay with steam wallet if you have steam version at the eso site taht redirects to the steam one.
I wished I could buy crowns with non steam version but I can't.
    PC NA
    Please add Fangs to Vampires.

Does your card need to be "unlocked" for a time period i.e. 60 minutes for world wide internet purchases? I know I have to enter my banks internet service to enable it that way, else I'm likely to receive a generic error about the transaction not being permitted.

Edit* (As per new rules at least in Sweden since October 2015).

I bought a code off of green "person" gaming as that store does accept my VISA debit card. I redeemed it on the main site so I don't have the Steam version. If Steam took my VISA debit I definitely would have bought it there. So, I can't go the Steam route for Crowns/DLC as I don't have the Steam version.

The card works on quite a few sites, like GOG, Netflix, GMG, Stardock, and so on. The only two I have not have had it work so far with are, as said, Steam and with Bethesda for ESO.

I'm not dead-set on getting the DLC either. ESO is a fine game but I'm not fanatical about it. It used to be on my "don't even consider" list until a friend told me there was no monthly subscription - which I wasn't aware of until then. That put it on my "will buy on sale list" and GMG had it on sale so I bought it. If the payment processing issue gets resolved then I'll get the DLC, as I do like to get the "full works," but if it can't be fixed then I do have about 250 other games to play. And 250 isn't an exaggeration, I have a back-log.

So, Zenimax is not interested in my money? Like really? You don't want it?

Only thing I can suggest is try a different payment method or buy the crowns from an official online retail such as Amazon and activate the code you receive on your respective platform.

Thanks DragonSamurai360, I will look into what Amazon has for sale.

I don't know what exactly do you mean by that...but it is definitely more expensive than you are going to give them back.
Just if one person looks into it for one hour it is 100 US dollars.

I disagree Didgerion, if one person looks into it for one hour and it costs Zenimax $100 to fix it then not only will I be able to purchase the DLC but also every person in Canada with a VISA debit card would be able to as well. Canada has a population of about 40 million so statistically that could enable a significant return.
