make more options for a stamina sorcerer zos

There just isn't enough options for a stamina sorcerer atm and I think there should be more zos please consider make more magicka abilities scale off of stamina and weapon damage like Crystal fragments perhaps or hardened ward so I will actually be able to use my shield
