At launch was a PC player but have recently bought the PS4 version and now I have two accounts with two emails. The second account is having login issues and, no matter how many times I reset the password it doesnt recognize the account.
Your support section is a complete joke for gathering information. To be perfectly honest, there were two reasons I stopped playing ESO and moved to archeage, the first was the terrible lag at the time in Cyrodil and the second was poor support.
I need to marry the two accounts and have only one login. Please provide a support phone number. Thanks.
