Was wondering, having jsut bought The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited

Do I need to buy the DLC's too ? or is this full game and DLC?. Dammed if I can find anything that tells me either way. I just got it off steam.

2 choices.

1. Pay monthly subscription, you get automatic access to all DLC. This stops if you stop paying the sub.
2. Buy the DLC from the crown store.

You only bought the base game with no dlcs included.

If you sub you will get free access to both DLC's whilst you continue to sub.

You will also get 1500 crowns per month subbed.

In this way by subbing for around 4 months you will then have enough crowns to buy the two DLC's released so far. As well as the crowns there are other little extra's you get for subbing .

What I cant seem toi figure out is I have the game on steam, do I need to create an account in ESO to sub, how will it know my game is steam based ? As the DLC's are not on steam

I am an Idiot I have the special edition of the game form back in early 2014 on green-man gaming., but I cant remember my password an email for the account lol... an *** here went an bought it again on steam. Everyone says not to bother with Customer support cos they wont do anything ?

You buy the DLC from the crown store in-game with crowns, you can buy crown packs on steam.

As for subscribing, I'd imagine you just go to the account settings on the profile you're posting from right now, it's on this website.

The forum account isn't the game account that you buy things from. Some ppl use the same username and pass tho

Cheers mate yer i tried that ill just have to take loss on my old accout. It only had a few lvl 20s on it.

Regardless of where you got the game from you will need to buy the DLC separately to play it.

But you don't need to buy it right away if you don't want to, there's tons of stuff to do in the base game.

Yes there are, though many of us are leveling alts.

This can be a good thing for you though, as many of the people you run into will be able to help you, since they have been through the journey before.
