Something broken/bugged with the login server for the game?

Hey folks could really use some help here.
I am looking at my account on the My Account webpage and it looks correct.
I log out and log back into the same page.
I then use the EXACT same login on the game server.
ESO: "Your login information was incorrect. Please try again."
I log out and log back into My Account.
I then use the EXACT same login on the game server.
ESO: "Your login information was incorrect. Please try again."
Request login by email: nope it's still exactly the same.
Reset password: you cannot use a previous password = I know what my password is.
So either the login and password for My Account is NOT the same as the one used for the game or I'm missing something else.
Any help welcome.
