Customer Service Plea request
I know its a new year, And im really hoping the people @ ZOS will improve their Customer service department.
Overhaul or Change the guard.
The current one needs help, Please consider others opinion on this, because the Customers should come first in ALL businesses; Online and Offline.

LOL by that definition they should have : fixed bugs, stopped lag, balanced classes because the bulk of the customers asked for that. And this things are real game breaking issues. They have a poor approach at best when it comes to customer service. Oh well live and learn0 -
Well, my reason is that it seems that they do Not care, or are to busy to help or listen to our views on matters that We the community deal with day to day.
At least the way things stand now, it sure feels like it.
Which is why im asking for them to take another look at what they are doing.
Not as an individual problem, but as a whole.0
