stamina recovery or pool?

Can anyone help me to decide which stats should i concentrate. I have a redguard stamina base and till now I'm concentrating in stats like stamina and hp pool, and weapon damage. Nothing of recovery like hp or stamina recovery.

Makes some difference have stamina recovery "in combat"?

What about weapon damage stat? Makes sense? Gives a huge amount of damage use sets or boon that increments my weapon damage?

I would like to have things more clear... I'm talking mostly in pvp not pve.

Max stamina and weapon dmg both increase your overall damage, 1000 stamina = 100 wpn dmg roughly.

Weapon dmg is easier to stack

You'll need some regen in combat otherwise you won't be able to sue skill/block/dodge etc... enough until your at the point where you can easily fight without running out.

Honestly, it depends on what kind of content you're doing. I would usually say go for the bigger pool, but for some stuff the regen is more important.

But while in combat the stamina regen is not reduced or remains intact?

I'm asking because i would like primary concentrate in two stats as the most important for my stamina char and i tough go stamina and weapon damage. Then health and stamina recovery. How do you see it?

Redguard is a stamina focused race - so in the end you will have maybe a few points in health and all the rest in stamina. While you are leveling up, you do as you deem it necessary and reassign your attribute points at a later time, when you will have a clue about how much health you actually need with your build and gear. At least that is what my Redguard does.

I always went for bigger pool, but in my current build I changed it to almost 2k regen and I am happier now. I can move in sneak with no cost. Hell, I can even recast my buffs and still regenerate while moving in stealth. That's the biggest thing for me and I wouldn't change it back.

For PvE content, go stamina pool all the way. You'll get higher damage which makes for shorter fights, and most end-game templar healers will be running or can slot spear shards and repentance to give you stamina back. If you weave some medium attacks in your rotation you'll get some stamina back as well, so your pool will last longer.

On my Sorc I have 0 attributes and enchants into health. It's all magicka/spell dmg/crit. I don't really play stamina builds but I'd guess they work the same.

You can use food to increase your stamina regen to the point where it becomes useful in combat, without wasting jewellery slots etc on it.
