I cant load character

So, I login and then it spends a minute at "Requesting to load character" and then tells me to try after a few minutes. This has been going on for the past one and a half hour now. I got in the game 1.5 hours ago for 10 minutes (the game was exceptionally laggy) and when I tried to go to Cyrodiil from Imperial Sewers, it logged me out and since then it just won't work.
Anyone else experiencing this? Or is it just me?
