BUG: Third person / stealth

I have 7 characters tied to my account. This applies to all; of them.
Randomly I will be forced into third person view and will be unable to change back to first person. Also randomly my character will be forced into stealth and the only way out if to sprint, then that character will be unable to enter stealth again unless I log off.
I have been backwards and forwards to support over these issues. We went through all troubleshooting that they could think of, and eventually told me (in [Incident: 151223-001017]) to report this as a bug. So here it is.
