The end of vet ranks.

Vet ranks being removed is old news, yet they continued to increase it.
So since we seem to be coming near to the end of vet ranks I have felt a bit lossed, I like the vet ranks it added more option and freedom to the end game but I digress.

Now I am hoping ZOS use this change to change other areas of the game for the better, for example.

Craglorn is a great zone, good stories and some nice challenges but the whole group only quests set up is wrong and not very immersive or fun, I like group content but not in the way craglorn does it.
So hopefully craglorn will be changed to just another zone like Wrothgar or any other zone really.

Same for the Imperial city, like craglorn hopefully this will be something any lvl 50 can get involved and do well, dungeons included.

I hope the lvl 1 to 50 zones allow more freedom, no lvl limitations in a zone, like 5 lvl limitation, the vet rank lvl system was better and more TES, do any quest you like in any order you like.
I dont mind being constricted to a zone for alliance story purposes but let me explore and do quests in that zone as I like and not have to worry about out leveling stuff.

Thoughts anyone?

I think the level 1-50 is quite good as it is now. I'd say it's superb.

The question is, how will we explore new alliances' territories when vetranks will be removed? I mean it lorewise. Even now, the story about it is a bit funny. Looking forward to it, anyway.
My Great House Telvanni did not join the Pact.
But it does not mean I don't want to be Emperor.

Veteran ranks are being removed. Veteran content is not going anywhere. You will be able to explore the other alliance territories just as you do now; the only difference may be the rumoured relaxing of restrictions, potentially allowing you to get to the Gold zones without having to do Silver first. And that would be a simple change; instead of waiting for Silver to be completed, make Gold available to start as soon as you drop into the Silver starting city. That way, Cadwell's dialogue and the lore still fits, as you will still have "experienced" two of the three alliances when you start Gold (even if one of them was just for a second).

Vet ranks don't add more freedom, nor will removing them remove options. Scaling zones adds freedom. Vet ranks force you to do things in a certain order.

I agree that I wasn't fond of Craglorn because the quests feel like single player quests until you need 3 more bodies to complete some quest mechanic.

Zones can still be leveled based on CP. Of course, this only matters the first time through. An alt would jump from level 49 to whatever CP tier their character is on.

There has to be a level area at a specific spot to not make the game overload and crash because this is an mmo for it to cater to ur level and everyone elses it wouldnt work due to it being online but i do like the craglorn idea and the IC idea
