PvP skill lines (Assault/Support) PERMANENTLY stuck at rank 5. Has not gone up in 3 months of PvPing

Title says it all. Please help. This is insanely frustrating as Z-max is absolutely no help at all and there has been nothing I can do to rank myself up. I've been stuck like this for almost 3 months, during which I have VERY regularly PvP'ed, but the bars have not moved a single pixel.

Please help!!

Is your pvp rank stuck aswell? (Should be Veteran or Corporal when your skill line is at rank 5).
Did you get any pvp rewards within the last 3 months? (as they are bound to ap, you shouldn't get them without gaining ap)

Yeah, I even just got a reward today from Haderus (Xbox One) and I'm a Vet rank 2 in the campaign. I earn AP from everything I do but the skill bars have not moved at all

Not sure if this helps any, but the amount of Alliance Points you need from Rank 5 Assault/Support to Rank 6 is pretty significant. With 3 Months of straight/heavy PvP play, I can't say why you haven't made the next 483,200 AP to hit Rank 6. It's possibly bugged, though I haven't seen/heard anyone complaining about it.

Additionally, I have a toon that has been just a sliver away from Rank 6, but I rarely play him anymore.

PC or Console? If PC, it's possible there's an addon that can track how much you're current at until next Rank UP which may help tell if the bar is simply stuck or if you're further off than you thought?

As mentioned above - Xbox One, so, console. But nothing I have done will move the assault or support bars. No amount of base captures, enemy kills, or cyrodil quests have moved it a single pixel.

Sorry, must have over looked that.

At that point, I'd say it's bugged for sure. I did some searching around and, apparently, there are others on the forums having the same or similar issues with the same Skill Line or even Fighters Guild.

It's really a shame that Z-max doesn't actually provide a legit customer support or anything to actually help people with issues like this. Granted, the console releases of the game are lacking in almost every vital aspect that MMOs require to begin with, but, still... that's really a disappointment.
