Torch/Burning ground item or trophy?

I've recently noticed players able to use a trophy or non combat item that burns the ground around them. I believe it's from Orsinium quests. Can someone provide the name or quest required for this item?

✭✭✭✭✭You get it by completing the quest in Old Orsinium, one of the two public dungeons in Wrothgar.
Every public dungeon in the game rewards you with a "trinket" with more or less funny effects. I confess I'm kind of addicted to setting off the Dwemer "fireworks" thingy (from the other public dungeon in Wrothgar) in all sorts of places.Edited by daemonios on December 29, 2015 5:13PM0
