I'm on PS4, I see no change in my stats in or out of combat, I don't feel a change of stats on my character and I have a suspicion that this 5 piece bonus of Willows Path is broken. Can anyone confirm if it is working or not? Also, any thoughts on this set.
Set iz gud. And without a toddler-friendly UI like the ones most PC users like me get due to addons, it's fairly hard to see actual bonuses / differences in stats, specially combat regen.
try testing with teh 5/5 bonus, check stats, and spam a certain skill, and then repeat with 4/5 bonus with another reg. armor for the 5th piece and repeat the procedure. if you don't see anything different, at all, /bugreport dat stuff. if you see it in the stats but you just ''don't feel it in combat'' , that's how some buffs are, actually.
*15% of NotMuch is going to be aLittle, so keep that in mind as well, your base stats matter.
Wow you poor poor console people are stuck with the fisher-price UI and only ZOS's nebulous promises that one day, some day, they will let you see what is really going on with your character.
Know also that Willows path is bugged and doesn't take drinks into account but im sure ZOS will fix that in 5 years too.

The Hate is strong with this one...but the truth, too
Not hate, just bitter disappointment. As someone who has worked in both quality and customer service, ZOS's lack of communication just sickens me. I don't understand how their building still has power. There are bugs in this game that have been reported over a year ago, reluctantly acknowledged a few months later, then just dropped off the radar and still never fixed.
Maybe, the apologists are right and ZOS is working as hard as they can with the resources they have. If that is the case then their quality system and customer service problem resolution loop is completely broken as it routinely fails to adequately capture issues, document them, replicate them, implement a fix, release a new patch, then test that patch for effectiveness. As well as do internal corrective action as to why that type of bug keeps occurring.
It's like they don't use any quality control or workflow process software and just write down problems on post-it notes that fall through the cracks of their desks?
"SOON" is such a big joke now because the studio is incapable of holding themselves publicly to any sort of schedule for even the simplest of new features or bug fix. They must be so scared of the source code that they all wear full body hazmat suits whenever some poor programmer has to get knee deep in the spaghetti to change some ill-referenced variable that will cause countless other bugs because it was hard coded in.
Even if they managed to capture every problem and they are aware of every bug that has been reported to them countless times, their communication is so bad that we never know if they are actually working on it.
You can prove this to yourself by doing a search for any existing bug. chances are, that bug has been reported over a year ago. Here is a search for Willow's path.
Nothing but silence. Broken champions in League of Legends get fixed in weeks, not years. I can see now why Nick Konkle left for Riot.
