Daggerfall keeps crashing?

Hello. So I just started my 3rd character but I decided to start it in the daggerfall covenant. It was the only pact I hadn't played yet. On one of the first few quests where you have to protect the kind, I keep getting kicked out of the game and it comes up with an error that tells me to update the game and my ps4, but both of those are fully up to date. The other two characters in the other pacts doesn't disconnect me. Only daggerfall therefore making it difficult to play. It did it on my Xbox one as well. What do I do? Has anyone else had problems with that and can it be fixed.
