Imperial City and campaign queues: A thought

I spend a majority of my time in IC. I very rarely make it to cyro these days. What generally happens is, I'll be in IC, get randomly logged out or have to leave for a bit, come back and I'm in a huge queue.
People wanting to go to IC should not be penalised with queues. They should be allowed to log off there and go straight back in. Not get teleported out of Cyro and have to wait in queues. It's dead in IC anyway, don't make it any worse.
"But people will just abuse it, go to IC and leave to enter Cyrodiil". You're right, they will try that because people are, by nature, awful creatures. If you login to IC and attempt to leave within 30 minutes or so, if the campaign is currently locked, then you should get booted out and have to wait in a queue. If your intention is to stay there, then no harm done. Enjoy your stay.
Let's make it easier to stay in IC without fear of getting kicked. "Oh, you went to make a sandwich? No worries, let me log you out and give you position 73 in the queue to enter this ghost town of a DLC". No more of this please.
