drop rate in general

ESO plz, plz fix the drop rate in general
I play and pay this game sins the beginning but the drop rate are going pretty nice at the start of eso ..and getting worse and worse and the last month to worthless
I get no gold items with my hirelings!!!!!!!!! ( normal I get some)
I get no more gold items with refining wood, ore or leather and if I'm very lucky a purple ( normal I get some gold item every 5 time now NEVER)
There are no gold rune stones to find any more
I don't know what the game makers are thinking to make the drop rate going lower and lower every time
do you think its more fun to play it like this
and plz DON'T say its just bad luck....its NOT
because we have lot more in april/dec 2014
and if this going on......it think I'm gonna stop paying your pay checks
because there is no fun in this
