The Two WORST bugs in Orsinium

Since the release of Orsinium Bagrubesh (sp?) and another quest giver have alternately disappeared and one has to relog to have them reappear from the ceiling
After a month or more it still isn't fixed.
The second bug and more aggravating is the LONG LOADING screens when using wayshrines in Orsinium. I had three in a row this morning while trying to do WB group quests. What happens when you are stuck for over NINETY seconds and the boss is being fought? I SUCKS ZOS. Pls fix this ASAP
BTW i am writing this while waiting for my loading screen.... sigh This is on NA mac/pc and again ANOTHER LONG SCREEN.. FOUR IN A ROW!!!
