Why we need Justice system PvP element soon!

Hello,

Some of us have been waiting to get an update to the Justice System so we can immerse ourselves in the game more by becoming a criminal or an enforcer.

It seems like it would be easy to implement if you had a flag system . . . if you wanted to be an enforcer or criminal turn the PvP mode of justice system on and then you can fight other players.

Also, there are a ton of RP guilds out there that would love to be able to stage battles and have contests between guild champions to settle guild disputes.

I implore ZOS to find a way to enrich the game for it's RP base of players WE NEED MORE TOOLS TO INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER!!

    And that's what will happen. Zeni is taking their smooth time trying to come up with a system that will not involve abuse or griefing (stuff that the RP community always enjoys receiving, right?).

    Seriously, I'd love to have that in-game already, but i expect it just isn#t the time quite yet. But when we have thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood in the game... then I would be wanting the PvP part of the justice system as well, make the criminals lives more... interesting.

    So here is what my RP guild has done to increase our immersion in the game:

    We have weekly contracts against NPCs for assassination type quests

    We have a spy network that seeks to ally vamp/dark guilds against, guilds with kings, queen, emperor structures

    We have rewards for people who RP in creative ways and recruit people into the guild.

    We have established an RP Inn for our guild (in fact many RP guilds claim one Inn or another for their home and have scheduled bartenders that serve drinks to other RPers and anyone who is interested in RPing)

    It would be really nice to get some support from ZOS with some in game features to help us RP. Yes, conflict resolution so you can fight other members of other guilds would be great (but only if both parties agree), but there are other features like more guild tabard options and other cosmetic guild items that can be bought for gold, maybe a RP Inn system so you can actually own your Inn.

    I totally agree with you, I DON'T WANT high level players, gankers, trolls and others pk'ing newbs and making life miserable for other people so I do hope they can come up with a system that will satisfy both camps.

    The way I look at it is, people get frustrated that they cannot kill guards in banks and other places then you get a bunch of trollers who run around and get in guard fights and kill NPCs indiscriminately so if you give a PvP outlet that will cut down on the disruption.

    Funny thing is, I'm fairly sure that the trolls/pk'rs will actually outpower the 'righteous' players if it actually came to a combat.

    IC is such a gankfest already, tons of players patrols enemy side for easy TS loots, while they have nothing to lose, I really hope they dont turn this game into one entirely. I think Enforcers can tackle Criminal and take them to Prison, for example. Both sides sees the tracks of the enemy, or maybe just Enforcers can see the tracks. Anyway I think it should be like little cat and mouse game.

    I love how everyone expects high level players to be ganking people indiscriminately. The most likely solution will be to have enforcers only be able to attack a criminal player if they are kill on sight, meaning they've been caught by a guard and ran, or have a high bounty. That would eliminate players griefing others for the sake of griefing.

    Of course, seeing as how there has been nothing mentioned about this function since the justice systems release earlier this year, there's no telling what they intend to do, if anything at all. But it just seems that if they do go for it, the above would be the best way to go about it.
