As of last patch...some (not all) building interiors...WHITE

Game was working fine for weeks.
And then today (after a bunch of 210 error codes from the launcher/update) I get this:
So far I have:
re-updated driver (nVidia GeF 860M on my Win 8.1 Lenovo Y70 with 16 GB Ram).
reset all graphics to defaults
run REPAIR twice
defragged drive
Any other ideas? I'm debating on dropping to DX9 even though I know that's not the issue...it's whatever the launcher did today.
Exteriors are fine as well are many other dungeons and building interiors.
re-downloading 50GB is not on my favorite list...but it's all I've got left. Since I just re-upped my 6 mo $$$...kind of sad.
