Download % seems wrong.

Hi returning player, I last played back in beta. Anyway, I remember issues back then, and I think I found some more. The download % does not seem to be updating correctly, should I be worried I am going to be wasting a couple days downloading on my slow internet, just to find an issue? I have downloaded probably 30 something % now (according to the files remaining), but it only says 9%.

✭The % will accelerate.
I noticed the download % also includes the install %
The install % goes quicker kind of thing
