Max level writs post orsinium

I just need to make sure but, do you have to be Vet 14 to do the max level writs? I'm asking because I got my level 30 altmer 10/10 points in blacksmithing and clothing but I'm only getting ebony and ebonthread and fell hide writs and when my woodworking gets to 50 I'm sure I'm going to get Yew writs at 10/10 points. Another reason im confused is the nodes are scaling properly but im stuck at level 46-50 writs. Check my sig for server and platform.

✭✭✭Orsinium checks the qualifications of the last doable writ before letting you do one there. Before Orsinium is Craglorn, which you need to be VR1 to access, so that automatically makes Orsinium Writs require you be VR1 as well. I commented on this before, saying it should not be so, but no response from Zenimax on the matter...Guildmaster of Power With Numbers in PS4 NA Server's Aldmeri Dominion.
