Assassin build (nightblade, dual wield + bow)

Hi guys. I'm trying to create an assassin build in preparation for the dark brotherhood update. So far I've only played magika sorc so I don't have much experience with stamina or nightblade skills. I would like to make it a build that jumps in, kills quickly and gets out. So massive bursts of damage coupled with speed and stealth. Here are my questions:
- what is the best set combination to wear?
- what skills and ultimates would u recommend?
- what champion skills would u recommend?
I know there are similar builds out there so I'd appreciate help from those with experience with it. Thanks!

If you are outnumbering a player who's good and wrecking your team go ahead and spam ambush.

That's different man. Light armour is absolutely useless for physical damage mitigation. Ambush is broken. Shields are not. If you come at me I will have 3 shields stacked against you if I can! In any case, good players still kill me. There's always a way around every build

It's heavy armor that's broken. Shields need to be reapplied. They become super strong with CP

I assume it would be pretty tricky to make an assassin build with DW+Bow. To get your major brutality in lieu of Rally, you'll need to use flying dagger, which will obviously bring you out of stealth. You could use weapon damage pots I guess.
