Group disband in LFG tool group

I'd like to bring up a pretty minor negative experience I had with the LFG tool today in hopes that maybe it can be tweaked to solve this as the tool evolves. After running the Veteran Elden Hollow pledge, the group leader immediately disbanded the group. Since it was my first time in there (with this particular character) I was doing the skill point quest. The problem is that the timeout that kicks members out of the group area expired before the quest objective timer for "Escape the daedric realm" (or something like that). The end result was I was kicked out of the area before I could complete the quest and get my skill point. I can't pick up the skill point without rerunning the dungeon because the group leader disbanded instead of just leaving.

TLDR: An opportunity to grief exists if a LFG tool group group-leader disbands before the final quest objective in a dungeon happens.

    There should be no disband and no kick, only an option to leave.

    The game's central concept of "PvP in PvP areas and be safe in safe areas" needs to stay the way it is.

    That would fail because nearly 50% of the time you get grouped with someone AFK or asleep or no mic that has no idea what you're doing.

    They need to get rid of the timeout that auto-transports you out of the dungeon on disband. This would solve the problem. Also please get rid of the auto-teleport when grouped. Nothing more annoying than getting zoned in while you're in the middle of something and need a minute.

    It's not only this, but there are also fishing nodes in some dungeons. For example last room of wayrest sewers. I think the players should be allowed to deny the removal from dungeon after the group is done. There is no reason why they shouldn't be able to.

    Similar experience today loaded into Elden Root, second I arrived the leader disbanded the group..I was like "OK thanks for wasting my time then".

    I see the value in being able to kick from the group (if someone is AFK, annoying, bad and not on mic, etc), but I don't see the value in the "disband" option. I suppose it saves a few UI interactions for the other team members, but I don't think that's a compelling reason. I think having the leave and kick options would be sufficient.
