Overhead healthbars and glowing effect

Greetings!
I'm looking for an addon that let me modify the overhead healthbars of both enemies and allies or at least enemies (i would like to make them higher and larger).
Also, i'm looking for an addon that makes the glowing effect more evident.

markc01✭✭I think Foundry Tactical Combat (FTC) is an awesome add-on.
Pro - very customizable
Con - has been updated since Sept... but still works good (I hope they update it)

Vestar✭I tried them both and i have to say that Lui Extended fits me better.
It really changed my way to approch the game, thank you both for your suggestions!!!
