Invitation code for forums?

I have a guildie who is having issues with vMSA at the last boss fight. He wanted to post about it in the forums, but he does not have an "invitation code" that is required when you sign up. Is there a way to generate such a code from our account page? I don't see anything obvious. If not, is there someone he can contact about it?
