lost all my Potent Nirncrux

from my last logout yesterday to my actual login today, while i was away, all my Potent Nirncrux disappeared from my character bag. it was not much, only 5 pieces, but it was important to me because it was very hard to find. does this item have any kind of time limit to use or was it just a bad luck bug?

i'm not sure if anything else disappeared from my bag since yesterday, i didn't pay much attention, i was only very sure to have 5 pieces of Potent Nirncrux because, as i said, it was important in my game.

anyone else had this kind of problem? is it possible solve?

You may want to check your bank and change your passwords the only possibility that I can think of is that your account may have been hacked...

i checked everything, and logged in and out many times, checked all my characters, and nothing.
anyway, i have a few legendary items on my bank, and the only thing precious that i noticed to disappear were all my Potent Nirncrux. i'm sure that zenimax have a log that may confirm that i never used this kind of items, i was storing it waiting to reach V16 to use, i'm now V8.

if this items aren't supposed to disappear after some time, it's easier for me to think about some kind of bug than an hacked account only to get 5 Potent Nirncrux.
