Non Standard Characters in Password not Working with Website Account Login

I have run into a weird error. After changing my password to include some non standard characters I can log into the game client fine but can't log into the account.elderscrollsonline.com or the help.elderscrollsonline.com pages. Has anyone run into this? Does anyone know if the website login code is not able to deal with certain non standard characters?
I have tried with IE, Firefox and Safari on different computer platforms. I have also tried forcing encoding to UTF-8 just in case. I have tried all the basic clean internet cache, etc. options. I am not in a hurry to reset anything because the game client works fine.
