Unable to bid on a guild trader - constant UI error bug...

This is annoying now. I'm a guildmaster and an officer in another guild and I can't bid on guild traders - and my membership numbers are dropping because I can't get a trader.
Does anyone know a work around for the UI error when bidding on guild traders? I tried deleting saved data - but didn't work. And now it sticks in the bottom right corner of my screen with the bidding close time if I dare to try to put a bid in... and that sticks there until I shut down my PS4 completely...
