Cannot access my account

I started playing in beta , purchased he Imperial edition for $80. I played for a few months then left. Some friends have recently started playing again. So i thought I'd come back as well. I have successfully recovered and changed my password , yet when i try to log into my account to download and install the game again i receive the following .

You have been suspended from the site.
I a large red box above my sign in name.

How do we fix this , and why was it suspended i have not played TESO in over a year .

Please help me to resolve this issue.
