I went to the imperial sewer to slowly bring out the easy enemies, or that was my plan.

When some dude approached me with the "group up" quick chat. And pow! There was 15 or so of us. We ploughed right Thru the sewer, straight to Molag bal and we rekt him.

But this is my question. Once Molag bal was dead, the mood... Changed.. Suddenly everyone was afraid of "yellows" and a "yellow gank", And the race home began.

What are yellows? Ebonhart dudes? Why are they so scary?

And also, is there some sort of LFG system for group finding? Or is it best to rely on guilds?

Ps, it was my first proper grouped sewer experience. And holy sh*t balls was it fun!!!

You are in a PvP area and never heard of yellows or Ebonhart dudes? You do know you are DC then and are blue? You know there are other factions in PvP right? At some point going to the IC you pressed the map in cyrodill to see where to go and you didn't see 3 different color keeps?

No, that's why he asks it.

    Daggerfall Covenant = Blue
    Aldmeri Dominion - Yellow
    Ebonheart Pact = Red

I never, literally never, play pvp in games. I know absolutely nothing at all about cyrodil. I don't know what all the monster teeth and bone shards or legion marks are and what all that stuff even does. All I know is, I have 200 of what I reckon will be 1200 rubedite ingots.

But why were they so afraid of yellows.. And not reds? They laughed when we encountered a group of 10 or so reds killing a boss. Do yellow have better pvp classes?

I used to lead groups in the sewers it was awesome fun, more often than not the same people would be there every night. We'd make our way down to the middle, do the main event, then go down one of the other factions path, clear everything out there, back to the middle to do it again (20 mins timer I think), then back home. Clear out inventory and run it again. A word of advice, don't run with more than 14-16 people, you will not get loot sometimes and your character animations will mess up cause of so much happening on screen.

    • in sewers you collect tel var stones. if a PVP opponent kill's you they will take 80% of your stoens, this is why its wise to bank all of them and leave 100 on your character.
    • all factions are equal for classes and pvp. but some servers are more heavily populated by one faction than another. so your 15 man group could face a larger group. (unlikely as things stand now with sewers). if you have to fight it out with a larger group you may die and lose the stones you just earn't. stones are needed to buy repora runes for V16 enchants, but other materials can also be purchased for crafting and armor sets also
    • The monster teeth/ bloody claws give access to a loot room that give a set called agility it comes in jewelry and weapons
    • The dark ether/bone shards give access to a loot room that give a set called Willpower it comes in jewelry and weapons
    • the legion marks/planar armor scraps give access to a loot room that give a set called endurance it comes in jewelry and weapons

you need 60 trophies to open the rooms. and its probably best saving them until you are V16 if you are not already

IC sewers runs with a proper group or guild run can be fun as hell. I'm in a relative big guild and every Monday we do IC runs in the sewers. A couple of weeks ago we had such a run and we were full group (24 players of my guild). We made it to the center and we sneaked there to wait for the portals to show up. Suddenly a few EP players emerged from the shadows. Holy *** we thought, we attacked them with our full group, thinking it was only a few players. Turned out to be a group of 20+. We nailed them and went home with a lot of tv stones. That was a blast!

    Ah ok

No not better PvP classes. But reds and yellows are generally more better organized then blue. Also a load of awesome players in there ranks.

    Yellow (banana) = Aldmeri Dominion
Reds, commies, tomatoes = Ebonhart pact
    Blues, smurfs = Daggerfall Covenant.

Those shards, teeth etc you find will open a lock to a chest if you have 60 of a type. You can get some nice rewards from it.

If you loved this, I am pretty sure you also will like the PVP and trying to do the PvE content in a PvP environment. For me this is the best ESO has to offer.

    Welcome to Cyrodill

"Yellows" are Aldimiri Dominion people. "Reds" are Ebonheart Pact people. Both groups will camp out by the center of the sewers and try to gank people that just finished Molag Bal. When you die to an NPC you lose 10% of your Telvar stones. When you die to an enemy player, you lose 80% of your Telvar and it goes to the player(s) that killed you. The people that wait for others to get Telvar and then ambush them will almost never do it unless they have the advantage in numbers and surprise. This is why you see so many NB running around the sewers. They go stealth and ambush you for your Telvar

Yellow is Aldmeri. They were afraid because once you have a lot of stones it's risky. If you get killed by a player they take 80% of your stones.

While I think this is an anti-red troll attempt, ill bite. Us reds call Daggerfall "blueberries" and Aldmeri "Lemonheads" or "Lemonparty". I figured we would be called raspberries or cherries, but I guess tomatoes isnt so bad.

Yeah, after a big score it's best to bank them if you are in a big group. Had a NB stalk our group of eight for a couple hours.

He would wait till we had a boss fight, then ambush someone at low health. If you take out key people you can cause a lot of deaths and all the NB has to do is hit you once to get your stones and a little push to help the NPC bosses.

Big paydays I imagine. Even though we would kill them every once in a while.

Nice! I've started doing a lot of pvp and I'm loving it!
Had a run into the centre of the sewers and smashed everything that moved with a group of 10! Got myself a nice dye for my gear after completing the centre bit too!
