✭People still try and feed? As it's a 30-min thing before you gain a Vamp rank I don't see it as worth it. All the higher ranks do is decrease your health regen more, but they make the Vamp skills cost a lot less.I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

✭✭✭My advice is go to your faction's lowest level humanoid area. For example, the coast west of Vulkhel Guard for Aldmeri Dominion or that one area near the starting town in Ebonheart whose name I cannot remember off hand lol and whatever humanoid enemies area is nearest to Daggerfall as well. But it generally is easy enough to find someone to suck on... every map has some humanoid opponents somewhere you can sneak up on for a quick bite to drink, yes?
(Though I really think there ought to be more options... the ability to feed off players with their permission? Enchanted vials you can use to store blood for a drink later on? A possibility of extending stage 1 by "gourging", repeated feedings? Vampire refugees where you can find some blood who... uhm... I mean, teenage goth groupies that may swoon into your arms because they read the tamrielic equivalent of some really bad vampire romance fanfiction and are hoping to earn a transformation someday...
