Maelstrom Arena (dropping frame rate, animations disappearing, lag)

I started to attempt Maelstrom Arena on PS4 today. I was having a lot of fun but then I came to the Rink of Frozen Blood part and all of a sudden the frame rate dropped drastically. The animation for the portal to the arena is gone (I can still go through the portal), when I cast Harness Magicka it doesn't show up on my character (it shows on the health bar that I have a shield), and what's most frustrating is now when I start the round the animations of the guys I am fighting don't show. I am not sure when to block, when to dodge roll, what to dodge roll, if my spells are up...it's becoming increasingly frustrating. The main boss does a shattered attack which I can't see but it has killed me from across the room. I am sure I could block it or dodge it if I could see it but I don't see anything. I don't see an animation of an attack nor do I see the 'active combat tips.' I tried re-starting my PS4 and getting back to this round but the same thing happened again.

It's like I am in Azura Star and at Blue Screen Keep. Does this happen to anyone else? Are there things I could be doing to prevent this? Is this a known problem?

(Other problems that have been frustrating in this game have been the Stamina glitch where stamina drains like I am sprinting and I cannot cast any spells or do any attacks, the animation of heavy attacks glitches on the back swing since IC update, invisible players that you can't see in PVP (from your alliance or other alliances), CC immunity not working properly, and the general lag).

I only have experienced so many problems because I've also experienced a lot of great content. If there are any suggestions on how to combat the problems please advise. Thanks.


Oh, and I know this is a little off my own topic but @ZOS_GinaBruno I think you guys should make a quick video to show off the PS4 (console) combat scrolling text and the features to the UI. I've noticed a lot of people not thinking its coming to console on Reddit and other gaming websites or at least confusion as to what is being added. I know it may not be complete but I do remember it being mentioned that it was looking real good by @ZOS_RichLambert And it's a huge reason why a lot of my friends left for other games. Them seeing the video may get them excited to come back and level up their character to VR16 in anticipation to Thieves Guild being released with the UI additions.
