Can't load one of my character

one of my characters is stuck in khenarthi roost. i cannot load up the character and my other characters cant travel there. When I try to do either I get kicked to the home screen. My friend who I was grouped with before I left the game is also in the same boat. I have already submitted a ticket [Incident: 151215-001401], but in case anyone else had a similar issue i'll leave this here.
