ESO ps4 refusing connection

So yeah, @ZOS don't bother with ps4 so i'll post here, starting today ESO is refusing to connect 90% of the time.

Is anyone having this problem? when i do get on its like a waste land with no one in sight,

(GTA V plays fine online and my internet find as i just had my ISP check it)

I'm on right now but someone else mentioned problems. Maybe its a regional thing?

I'm in EU, When i get on its find but just dead so might be affecting alot of players.

Just logged in my hireling alts fine, when i tried my main it fails due to internet connection.

Edit: attempt 5 and i got in.

This is what i'm getting, i'm lucky to be on as so far i've only seen 2 players.
