Is anyone using this for PC? If so, What are the pros and cons vs a keyboard?

First you have to ask yourself if you need a dedicated shooter controller optimized for twitch shooters in an MMO. Unless you are a Call of Duty player and are really competitive at it, the Elite is not going to gain you any advantage in other non twitch games. Just use a regular controller. Although I think the Elite comes with extra buttons/paddles that can help with the control layout.

That being said, I have played this game on a controller and it's not as bad as I thought it would be (this was on my 74 year old mom's PS4 as I play on PC). But I still prefer the keyboard. Better reaction times, no combo controls (where a control does one thing in one place, but something else somewhere else*) and I can react better with a mouse than with joysticks.

And you can chat on the same thing you play the game on.



*I only played for about an hour on the console so not entirely familiar with the button layout on that.

I disagree.
The Elite controller would bring advantages to ESO.
Weapon swapping alone would be worth the $$!
