Do people still buy and sell ap?

Not sure if this is still a thing or if ap is even useful anymore, i kind of need the gold, how do people go about trading in on console?

Offer to sell someone something they want that you can only get with AP. TBH, you're better off just holding onto it for now. V16 cyrodill gear will be out soon enough and that stuff will sell for a good amount.
