zerosingularity✭✭✭✭Depends on your CP allotment and if you are stamina or magicka. Generally it is stam=rage, mag=flame.NA-PC

Oh_Skrivva✭✭✭I agree with @zerosingularity. But you should also look at what your class and race passives and see what their strengths are. For example magic sorcs would want to use lightning enchants cause of the passive of disintegration with lightning attacks.Costco member
