ESO will not completely load

I'm unable to stay logged in. I have tried other games and they load without any problems. I am able to make it through all of the screens, but when/if the game loads it will either disconnect me after a split second of seeing my character or it will disconnect after ten or fifteen seconds. I'm playing on the Playstation 4 NA Megaserver. This has been a problem since the Orsinium patch came out. For the first few days I could log in after a few attempts. As of last night I haven't been able to load any characters. I have tried all throughout the day. I'm either given the error message 303 or it will say I must have a valid Internet connection. I have tried a few different things including manually assigning the "dmz", bypassing the router, fully resetting everything, called my isp to make sure it's not a connection issue from my end just to name a few. If there is anything any of you reading this that may have a solution I am willing to try anything. I know I could play a different game, but I want to play ESO. Somebody, anybody please help me.
